“ This place is GREAT. The food is fresh and delicious. I got the lamb thali as a main the vegetable pakoras as a starter. The servings were extremely generous and I finished my meal with leftovers to take home and enjoy a second time . All the meat is halal which is another big plus given how reasonably priced everything was. Definitely give this place a shot and experience the flavorful Indian Pakistani cuisine. ”
“ Heres why i give them 5 stars Food is excellent, service is super frendly, parking is easy. The Butter chicken is darn good. The great thing about tis place are the menu specials, a type of bento box Indian Style. I loved it...you get TWO food options, plus a small salad and a dessert. It also comes with a Chai tea SPECIAL BONUS the prices are VERY inexpensive for a restaurant in San Francisco. The two item menus were 14.95 ”
“ If youre on the lookout for good Tandoori chicken, look no more. It was succulent, juicy and flavorful. We also had the butter naan and chicken curry. The naan was nice and the chicken curry tasted like something you would make in any Indian home. Im so glad we live close by so we will definitely be back! ”
“ This place has the best Tandoori Chicken. They recently started Beef seekh kebab, and thats yummy! When we want Indian dishes, we always head to Chaska despite there been many other Indian restaurants in Richmond. ”
“ Enjoyed the curries and aloo naan we ordered. Aloo naan and chicken choley stole the show with their mix of spices. Palak dal was great. Lamb seekh kebab was not bad but wont order again they look a bit... logish?. The restaurant seems very understaffed, but the ones working were very courteous and friendly. ”
“ We often get the biryani and definitely recommend it This time, we decided to dinein and try some new dishes Lamb achar was insanely good! Some places have these pickled mangoes that also have the achar seasoning so I was stoked to try it and was extremely pleased. If you like eggplant definitely get the bengan bharta. It was delicious and paired perfectly together with the achar and garlic naan. Side note the chai masala was also delightful. It had a pleasant consistency and mouth feel and an enjoyable flavor profile not bitter, creamy, but still tea forward ”
“ This place is clean, has delicious food, attentive service, and fair prices. I came in for lunch, after a woman outside handed a menu to me as I was walking by. I was the only customer. I ordered lamb tikka masala 14.95, basmati rice 3, rais malai 5.95. After about 10 minutes, the lamb tikka masala and basmati rice were brought out. The lamb was tender. The sauce was flavorful, creamy, and spicy. The basmati rice was fluffy and fragrant. The portions were meant to be shared, so I asked for boxes, because I couldnt eat it all. I also ordered mango lassi 4. It took a few minutes I was told that they were making it fresh, but it tasted great once it arrived. It wasnt overly sweet. I had no idea what rais malai was, and it turned out to be some sort of cheese puck in a delicious sauce that tasted like coconut milk and rose water. It was great. The staff came over to check on me a few times and were helpful in explaining dishes and kept my water filled. My total before tip was 30.32. I dont understand why there werent any other customers. This is a great restaurant. I highly recommend coming here with other people, since the portions for most dishes are big and meant to be shared. I did pay over 30, but the food was enough for two meals, so I expect that youll pay 2030 per person if you share the main dishes. Youll pay less if you dont get dessert and just have water. ”
“ An excellent addition to SFs Indian food. High quality food reasonable prices, and fast service. Definitely recommend trying it. Well be coming back again. Come support a small local business! ”
